Required products :

4 eggs
100 grams sugar
160 grams butter
160 grams flour
50 grams starch
1 teaspoon vanilla
100 grams dark chocolate
100 grams milk chocolate
1.5 teaspoon baking powder
pinch salt
100 grams hazelnuts

Method of preparation :

Separate the yolks from the whites and store the whites in the refrigerator.
Sift the flour and add the starch and leavening agent.
Crush the hazelnuts, melt the natural chocolate in a water bath and cool to about 37 degrees.
Mix the butter with the vanilla and sugar, add the yolks one by one, stirring until smooth after each addition.
Then combine the mixture with the chocolate, crushed hazelnuts and flour with the starch and leavening agent.
Beat the egg whites to a froth, add a little salt and add them thoroughly to the dough.
Pour the resulting mixture into a suitable container, which you have previously greased with oil or covered the bottom with parchment. Bake the dessert in the oven.
Melt the milk chocolate in a water bath. Cover the baked loaf with it. Sprinkle with hazelnuts or decorate of your choice.
You can also melt a little (about 30 grams) white chocolate and use it to "paint" strokes on the surface of the dessert.
