How To Cook Cold Cream Of Potato Soup With Leeks And Celery - Recipe

Required products :

1 liter of chicken broth

4 - 5 medium potatoes

1 small celery root

1 stalk of leek

3 teaspoons fresh milk

3 - 4 tablespoons cream

1 cup skim yogurt

2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions

salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel, cut into cubes and boil the potatoes in the broth together with the coarsely chopped celery and leeks. Then grind the combination with a blender. Mix the milk and cream, add salt and pepper to taste and add to the potato mass. Let everything boil once more. Wait for it to cool. Before serving, add the yogurt, mix gently and sprinkle with chopped onions.
