Required products :
1 liter of chicken broth
4 - 5 medium potatoes
1 small celery root
1 stalk of leek
3 teaspoons fresh milk
3 - 4 tablespoons cream
1 cup skim yogurt
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions

Method of preparation :
Peel, cut into cubes and boil the potatoes in the broth together with the coarsely chopped celery and leeks. Then grind the combination with a blender.
