Required products :

5 - 6 very well ripened medium-sized tomatoes

2 medium sweet peppers

2 cloves garlic

2 teaspoons tomato juice

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 fresh peeled cucumber

1 onion

3 sprigs of parsley

a few drops of Tabasco sauce

ice

salt and pepper to taste

2 dry slices of white bread

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the vegetables. Blanch the tomatoes, peel them and remove the seeds. Mix all other products and beat with a blender. Grate the tomatoes and then add to the already obtained mixture. Stir and serve with ice.
