How To Cook Colorful Vegetable Salad With Corn And Green Beans - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Colorful vegetable salad with corn and green beans". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 2 red peppers, fresh
  • 2 heads of boiled milk corn
  • 150-200 grams of green canned beans
  • 2 sprigs of fresh onion
  • 1 head of pickled onion, chopped
  • salt, pepper
  • olive oil and juice of half a lemon

Method of preparation:

Wash, dry, clean and finely chop the peppers. Put them in a bowl and add chopped boiled corn.

Garnish with green beans, chopped fresh and pickled onions and season with salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Stir, cool and serve the salad.
