These biscuits are a great low-calorie dessert with the aroma of ginger and cinnamon. The ingredients are for 25 cookies , and the preparation will take you no more than 50 minutes . Let's start!

 

Necessary products

  • 2 1/4 tea cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons dried ginger
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon margarine
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon molasses
  • 1 egg

 

Method of preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

In a bowl, pour the flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt. Mix well and set aside.

In another bowl, mix the margarine and sugar until fluffy. Beat the egg inside, add the molasses and 1 tablespoon of water. Mix everything well.

Gradually pour the flour mixture over the other ingredients to make a thick dough. Shape it into balls and roll them in a little sugar. Arrange the sweets in a greased pan and flatten them slightly.

Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow them to cool before serving. Enjoy!
