Required products :
400 grams of cottage cheese
200 grams of chocolate
2 kiwis
100 grams of grapes
sugar to taste
Method of preparation :
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and cover the inside (walls and bottom) of silicone muffin tins, which are then stored in the freezer.
Sweeten the curd with sugar to taste. Peel a kiwi, cut it into pieces, clean the grapes from the seeds.
When you take the forms out of the freezer, divide the curd and fruit into layers. Drizzle with melted chocolate and return to the freezer for about 20-30 minutes.
Once the chocolate is firm, you can serve.
