Learn how to cook "Cottage cheese dessert with bananas and chocolate coating". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 200 grams of cottage cheese
  • 3 bananas (about 500-600 grams total weight)
  • 100 grams of sour cream (20% fat)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3.5-4 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar or vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • pinch of salt

For the glaze:

  • 3 tablespoons butter, cocoa and condensed milk

Method of preparation :

Peel two of the bananas and puree in a blender. Add the cottage cheese to them and beat again briefly.

Then sweeten the combination with both types of sugar, add the flour and a pinch of salt, beat. Then the two eggs, the cream, the last beating and the dessert dough is ready.

Transfer it to a greased pan and place in the oven preheated to 160 degrees. The thickness of the layer should be about 25-35 millimeters.

Bake it for an hour, checking the readiness with a toothpick.

Wait for the base to cool to room temperature without removing it from the pan, then store in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Once the marshmallow has cooled, transfer it to a suitable flat dish and cover with thin banana rings (from the third fruit).

Make the glaze by first melting the butter in the microwave. Add condensed milk, cocoa and stir quickly.

Fill a pastry syringe with the chocolate mass and decorate the dessert.

You can serve it with fruit jam with a sour taste.

Enjoy your meal!
