Method of preparation :
Saturate the onion and garlic.
Fry the garlic for 10 seconds in hot oil to flavor the fat.
Then pour onion into it and let it cook until transparent.
Once this is done, pour the couscous into the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Pour the water / broth.
Add salt, chopped green spices and butter.
Stir and turn off the stove. Close the pot with a lid and let the garnish stand for 10 minutes.
You can then serve as an addition to the main course.
