Learn how to cook "Couscous in fresh milk with fruit, honey and cinnamon". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
2/3 teaspoon couscous
1 teaspoon fresh milk
1 medium apple a
handful of raisins a
handful of almonds
2 tablespoons liquid honey
1 tablespoon sugar
20 grams butter
pinch cinnamon
pinch salt
Method of preparation :
Peel an apple, grate it and cut it into small pieces.
Melt the butter and put the apples, raisins and sugar in it. Let cook until soft (about 10 minutes).
Pour the milk into a separate bowl, bring to a boil, add a pinch of salt and stir. Remove from the heat, pour the couscous into it, close with a lid and leave for 5 minutes.
Then carefully mash the berries with a fork and add the apples and raisins.
Divide the porridge into bowls or suitable plates, sprinkle with chopped almonds and sweeten with liquid honey.
