Necessary products:

For the dough

2-3 tablespoons honey

0.5 tsp sugar

2 eggs

0.5 tsp soda

flour

nuts

for one cream

500 g sour cream

5 tablespoons sugar

for the other cream

2 bananas

2-3 tablespoons boiled condensed milk

Method of preparation:

Melt the honey and sugar in a water bath. Remove from the heat, do not allow to cool and add the eggs one by one, stirring constantly. Add the soda and knead the dough to a plasticine consistency. It should not stick to your hands. Tear off a piece of it and roll out a very thin sheet. Bake for 4-5 minutes at 200 degrees until golden brown. You do not need to grease the pan, just sprinkle a little flour. So bake 5 marshmallows. From the rest of the dough, form small balls with walnuts inside them. Arrange them in a pan, but not too close to each other and put in the oven to bake. Be careful not to burn out. It is best to turn them while they are baking.

While the marshmallows and balls cool, make both creams. Beat the cream with the sugar and mash the bananas and condensed milk.

You should assemble the cake. Start stacking the tops on top of each other, alternating between cream-banana-cream-banana-cream. Put the balls of dough in the remaining cream and mix well to cover the whole. Arrange them on the cake, forming a top and periodically sprinkle with the remaining banana and cream. Decorate the top with a mixture of banana and milk so that you get stripes. Leave the dessert overnight so as not to soak.

Enjoy!
