Put the chicken legs in a saucepan, pour 1.2 liters of water, add the bay leaf, salt, increase the heat and wait for the water to boil. Then reduce the heat, remove the foam, close the pan with a lid and let the legs cook until done. When this happens, take them out and leave to cool, and strain the broth. Bone the legs and cut the meat into small pieces. Put them in the pan with the cream, wait for it to boil again and turn off the stove.
Serve the soup with finely chopped fresh parsley.
