How To Cook Cream Of Pumpkin Soup With Carrots And Lemon Juice - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 400 grams of diced pumpkin
  • 4 carrots, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 125 milliliters of cooking cream
  • a few sprigs of finely chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • salt, pepper, and juice of one lemon
  • 50 milliliters of vegetable broth

 

Method of preparation:

 

Fill a saucepan with water and boil the pumpkin and carrots. Put the vegetables in a blender and grind them to a puree. Dilute with vegetable broth and add salt, pepper, and garlic.

Pour the mixture into another bowl, heat the liquid, and season with lemon juice. Stir, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, and stir. Divide portions and garnish each with cream. Serve and eat.
