How To Cook Cream Soup Of Broccoli And Cauliflower With Melted Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 150 grams of broccoli
  • 150 grams of cauliflower (cauliflower)
  • 150 grams of carrots
  • 20 milliliters of oil
  • 100 grams of potatoes
  • 100 grams of melted cheese
  • 50 grams of onions
  • 2 liters of water
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Blanch the broccoli and cauliflower for 3 minutes in boiling water. Boil the potatoes until ready, pour in the cauliflower and broccoli, add the onions stewed in the oil, the grated carrots, salt to taste.

Dissolve the melted cheese in a few tablespoons of vegetable broth and pour into the pot with the vegetables. Once the soup boils, turn off the stove.
