How To Cook Cream Soup With Radishes, Tomatoes And Eggs - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 1-2 hard boiled eggs
  • 200 grams of skim milk
  • 200 grams of cooking cream
  • 50 grams of sour cream
  • fresh dill
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 10 grams of peeled sunflower seeds

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat the cooking cream in a saucepan without boiling and add the sour cream and skim milk. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and add finely chopped green onions, fresh parsley, dill.

 

Finely chop the eggs, radishes and tomatoes and add to the mixture. Remove from the heat, pour in portions and serve, garnished with sunflower seeds. The soup can be prepared cold, the method is the same.
