How To Cook Cream With Condensed Milk For Cakes And Pastries - Recipe

Required products :

1 cup fresh milk

2 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons sugar

1 packet of vanilla sugar

100 grams of butter

200 grams of condensed milk

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the milk into a suitable container and add the flour, sugar and, stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until thickened. It is good to cook in a water bath to make sure that the cream will not burn.

Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature and then add the butter, condensed milk. Start beating with a mixer until you get a homogeneous mixture. At the end of cooking, add the vanilla sugar and beat lightly once more.
