Required products :
1 cup fresh milk
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
100 grams of butter
200 grams of condensed milk
Method of preparation :
Pour the milk into a suitable container and add the flour, sugar and, stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until thickened. It is good to cook in a water bath to make sure that the cream will not burn.
Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature and then add the butter, condensed milk. Start beating with a mixer until you get a homogeneous mixture. At the end of cooking, add the vanilla sugar and beat lightly once more.
The result is a gentle and fragrant cream, which is very suitable for sponge cakes. You can also use boiled condensed milk to make it. The amount of sugar (and vanilla) is not strictly mandatory, put according to your taste. In the cream you can add various flavors, fruits, powders, nuts ...
