Method of preparation:
Be sure to refrigerate the cream before using it. Pour it into a bowl, add the vanilla and beat with a mixer. Melt the chocolate and add it to it.
Beat again until smooth. Cool, pour into dessert bowls, garnish with rose jam and sliced almonds.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve. Try and enjoy.
