Required products :

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 scarf
  • left
  • 3 tablespoons oil (+ more for frying)
  • 1/2 teaspoon flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 700 grams of chicken fillets cut into steaks
  • 2 tea cups bread crumbs
  • 10 stalks of celery (along with leaves)
  • 8 radishes

Method of preparation :

Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon in a large bowl (be careful not to get seeds.

Stir 1 tablespoon of honey into the juice to dissolve.

Peel an onion and cut it into thin slices, then put it in the already prepared marinade and set it aside.

Meanwhile, heat about 3-4 teaspoons of oil in a large saucepan (you can also use a deep fryer).

While the fat is heating, mix the flour with 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of mustard, salt and 2 tablespoons of water.

Roll the meat in this mixture, then cover them with bread crumbs.

Fry the meat until golden, and finally sprinkle with salt.

For the salad, cut the celery together with the leaves into small pieces and the radishes into thin slices.

Put the vegetables in the previously prepared onion dressing and mix by hand.

Serve the meat with the salad.
