Required products :

  • 700 grams of potatoes
  • 50-60 grams of butter
  • 50-60 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 200 grams of yellow cheese
  • connection dill
  • 350 grams of minced meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes, peel them, puree and add the egg white, butter, milk and chopped dill.

In the minced meat, pour the finely chopped onion, two cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, one egg and mix well.

With wet hands, shape the minced meat cakes, flatten them, in the middle of each put a cube of yellow cheese, which you wrap with the minced meat to form a ball.

From the mashed potatoes also make flat cakes, put the minced meat balls in them and "dress" them with the potato layer.

Arrange the croquettes in a pan (greased in advance), spread them with the remaining yolk, beaten with 1 tablespoon of milk. Bake for 30-35 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees, 5-7 minutes before fully cooked, sprinkle with grated cheese.

You can serve the appetizing bites with your favorite sauce or salad of fresh vegetables.
