Required products :
70 grams of pitted olives
200 grams of cheese (can feta)
250 grams of flour
1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 egg
80 milliliters of olive oil
300 grams of natural sour milk (or sour cream)
Method of preparation :
Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees, grease the muffin tins with oil (if you use silicone, you do not need to grease).
Cut the olive pieces, 150 grams of cheese into small cubes, and mash the remaining 50 grams.
Mix the flour with the olives and rosemary, add the baking powder, baking soda, salt and pepper to taste.
In a separate bowl, mix the egg with the yogurt and olive oil. Pour into the dry mixture and stir quickly.
Do not overdo the stirring, only the products should be mixed.
Distribute half of the dough in the prepared molds, filling them to the middle. Then put the cheese cubes and then the rest of the dough.
Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake the cupcakes in the preheated oven (on a medium level) for 25-30 minutes.
