Learn how to cook "Dill sauce with garlic and lemon (for soups, salads and fish)". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 large bunch dill
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
juice of 1 lemon
100 milliliters olive oil
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the dill and chop it finely.
Put it in a blender bowl, pour olive oil and freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon. Add the grated citrus peel, peeled garlic cloves, salt to taste and beat until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
The sauce is suitable for flavoring soups, fish dishes and salads.
