Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 onion - chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic - pressed
  • 1 packet (300 grams) of frozen spinach
  • 400 grams of frozen artichokes (or canned)
  • 120 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tea cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese - grated
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Fry onions and garlic on low heat in olive oil. Stew until translucent and soft - about 5-10 minutes.

Add the spinach and artichokes and cook until warm. Be careful not to overcook them so that the spinach does not lose its color.

Add the cream cheese, cream and mayonnaise. Stir to mix all creams.

Add cream cheese and 3/4 of Parmesan cheese in portions. Season to taste.

Put the mixture in a small ceramic pan. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and remaining Parmesan cheese.

Bake the dip for 20 minutes at 170 degrees, or until the cheese begins to form bubbles and bake.

Serve with bruschettas or tortilla chips.
