Required products :
300 grams of dried fruits (apricots, raisins, prunes)
300 milliliters of gin
200 milliliters of water
50 grams of sugar
Method of preparation is:
Mix the water and sugar and bring the mixture to the boil. When this happens, remove from the heat, add the fruit (pre-washed) to the hot syrup and leave until cool. Then distribute the fruit in suitable glass bowls and pour the syrup to which you have added gin. Refrigerate for 3 weeks. During this time, periodically shake the bowls.
