Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of white flour
  • 42 grams of live yeast
  • 250 grams of crystal sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 300 milliliters of warm milk
  • 300 grams of peeled and sliced ​​apples
  • 2 tablespoons honey and extra garnish
  • 130 grams of melted butter
  • sugar for sprinkling
  • yolk and a teaspoon of fresh milk for spreading

 

Method of preparation:

 

Sift the flour twice and put it in a bowl. Beat the eggs with the sugar and honey until a creamy mixture, add the vanilla, stir and add to the flour. Pour in the fresh milk in which you have mixed the yeast and prepare a soft dough, adding the butter gradually during the kneading.

 

Roll out four equal parts. Put pieces of apples on each and roll into rolls. Arrange them # -shaped and fold the edges on the inside. Put the pie in a tray covered with a sheet of parchment and wait for it to double in volume. Spread gently with beaten egg yolk mixed with fresh milk and sprinkle with sugar.

Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes at the bottom and another 30-35 minutes in the middle of the oven. Increase the temperature to 190 and continue the process for another 5 minutes.
