Required products :

  • pieces of old / dry Easter cake (their quantity should be as much as 1 Easter cake)
  • fresh milk - 1 liter
  • eggs - 5 - 6 pieces
  • sugar - 1 cup of tea (maybe more)
  • vanilla on request

 

Method of preparation :

Pour 4 tablespoons of sugar into the bowl in which you will cook the cake and place in a preheated oven (about 180 degrees). When caramelized, remove and allow to cool. Spread the pieces of Easter cake on the caramel and pour a mixture of beaten eggs, milk and sugar.

Bake the cake at 180 degrees for about an hour.

It remains to turn the cooled dessert in a suitable dish and serve.
