How To Cook Easter Egg Chickens - Recipe

In this article, learn more about How To Cook Easter Egg Chickens - Recipe. Learn how to cook "Easter egg chicks". Delicious recipe..

Required products :

5 boiled eggs

200 grams of cooked chicken

50 grams of butter

1.5 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

salt and pepper to taste

To shape the shapes:

1 boiled carrot

cheese

olives or black peppercorns

Method of preparation :

Boil the eggs hard, peel them and cut them into two pieces with a zigzag knife (the idea is to get them like shells).

Separate the yolks from the whites. In order to be able to stably place the "shells" in a bowl, you can cut off part of the bottom of the egg white to make it flat.

Make the filling by mashing the yolks and add to them the butter, mayonnaise and cooked finely chopped meat. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.

From the resulting mixture form balls (small and large), which roll in finely grated cheese (maybe in grated egg yolk). Place the balls in the egg whites on top of each other, the larger will be the body of the chick, and the smaller in size - the head.

You already have semi-finished chicks, all you have to do is shape their faces.

Beaks and combs cut from boiled carrots, and for the eyes use peppercorns or pieces of black olives.

Beautiful and delicious holiday appetizer.

Enjoy your meal!
