  • 1 egg
  • 90 grams of sugar

  • 15 grams of fresh yeast
  • orange or lemon peel
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange oil
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 290 grams of flour
  • 1 beaten egg for spreading

Method of preparation:

 

Put the sugar and fruit peels in a blender, grind them and set aside.
