How To Cook Easy Cake With Hazelnut Cream And Powdered Sugar - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

for swamps

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons natural cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 200 grams of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon oil

for cream

  • 100 grams of finely ground hazelnuts
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 150 milliliters of confectionery cream
  • 100 grams of cream cheese without salt
  • 100 grams of chocolate
  • 1-2 drops of hazelnut-flavored essence

for decoration

  • 30 grams of chocolate bars
  • powdered sugar
  • a few cocktail cherries
  • fresh mint leaves

 

Method of preparation:

 

Divide the egg whites and yolks into two separate bowls. Add the sugar to the egg whites and beat with a mixer until you get a thick cream. Beat the yolks and add the yoghurt, baking powder, cocoa, oil and stir.

Pour in the flour, add the whipped cream carefully and mix. Pour the mixture into a sheet covered with a sheet of parchment cake. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake marshmallows for 40 minutes. Cool and cut into two pieces.

In another bowl put the cream, cream cheese, butter and beat. Add melted but not hot chocolate, essence and ground hazelnuts. Mix the cream and spread it on the middle of the marshmallows.

Glue them, glaze their sides and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Garnish with chocolate bars and powdered sugar. Cut and serve the cake, garnished with a few cocktail cherries and fresh mint leaves.
