How To Cook Easy Fruit Cake With Milk And Butter - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 300 grams of fresh fruits / cherries, berries, peaches, figs, plums, etc./
  • 1 teaspoon whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and move the grill to the bottom.
  • Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. Leave the berries whole, cut the peaches into slices, cut the figs in half, etc.
  • Mix the milk, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract in a blender and puree for 20 seconds.
  • Add the flour, grated lemon peel and salt and mash again until smooth.
  • Pour the dough into a greased round pan or baking dish measuring approximately 23 centimeters.
  • Spread the fruit on top, being careful not to overlap.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes until the cake swells and acquires a golden brown color.
  • Allow it to cool for about 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut and serve.
