Required products :

  • 400 grams of fruit and / or berries of your choice
  • 600 milliliters of yogurt with a favorite taste, which you match the fruit you will use
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 100 milliliters of hot water (or fruit juice)
  • 1 sachet of instant gelatin

Method of preparation :

Pour hot water over the gelatin or use fruit juice (the latter will be tastier), leave the mixture to cool.

Add the sugar to the yogurt and beat with a mixer until the crystals melt. Then pour the gelatin and beat again until smooth.

Cut the fruit into small pieces and pour the milk over them. Stir and carefully transfer the mixture to a form that you have previously covered with a sheet of parchment.

Put the dessert in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

When removed, garnish with fresh fruit and serve.

Adjust the amount of sugar according to the sweetness of the products you have decided to use. For more dessert density, add more gelatin.
