Required products :

  • 170 grams of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/3 tea cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons fresh blackberries
  • 1 teaspoon cream
  • 24 round eclairs (profiteroles)
  • powdered sugar

Method of preparation :

Cream cheese, sugar, lemon peel, vanilla, salt and 3/4 cup of blackberries mix with a mixer until a homogeneous mixture. Transfer to a pouch and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.

Cut off the top of the pouch and the eclair caps. Fill them with cream, decorate with the remaining blackberries and place the lids on top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
