Required products :

500 milliliters of cognac

5 egg yolks

400 grams of sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons sugar

1 packet of vanilla sugar

 

Method of preparation :

Bring the condensed milk to a boil, it should thicken a little and acquire a beige hue (this happens after an hour of boiling).

Beat the yolks with the sugar using a mixer (it is important that there is no protein in the yolks, so be careful when separating).

When the mixture is light, add condensed milk and vanilla sugar. Beat again with the mixer.

Pour the cognac into the egg mixture and beat until smooth (with a mixer).

Pour into bottles and store the finished drink in the refrigerator.
