Required products :

4 egg yolks

150 grams of powdered sugar

150 grams of crystal sugar

250 grams of brandy or vodka

400 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 10%

vanilla on the tip of a knife

Method of preparation :

Pour the cream into a thick-bottomed saucepan, add the granulated sugar and vanilla. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 10 minutes, then allow to cool.

When separating the yolks from the whites, do so carefully, because otherwise the taste of the liqueur will be spoiled.

It is also important that the eggs are fresh, if the yolks are bright yellow, then the drink will have a beautiful saturated color.

Beat them for 5 minutes, add the powdered sugar and beat for another 10 minutes.

Then gradually pour in a thin stream of brandy, stirring constantly.

Mix the egg combination with the cream, pour into a bottle and refrigerate for 4 hours.

A liqueur with a delicate creamy taste for a good mood is obtained.

Store in the refrigerator.
