How To Cook Egg Roll With Salmon, Olives, Cream And Dill - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Egg roll with salmon, olives, cream and dill". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons starch (corn)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 sachet baking powder
  • 100 grams of mayonnaise
  • 200 grams of salted salmon
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 50 grams of fresh dill
  • 60 grams of black olives (pitted)

Method of preparation :

Mix the flour and starch in a bowl. Beat the eggs in the same bowl, add the salt, baking powder, mayonnaise and beat with a wire whisk.

Finely chop the dill and add 3 tablespoons of the dough.

Distribute the rest evenly in a tray covered with a sheet of parchment.

Using a teaspoon, scoop out the mixture with the dill and make drops in the dough, which you place at some distance from each other.

Cut the olives into circles, which you also spread on the dough.

Bake the marshmallows for 15-20 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees (be careful not to overcook).

Remove the finished base from the dish and quickly transfer to a wet towel. Roll up a roll together with the fabric.

Then unscrew and roll again, but without the towel.

You need to unroll once more and leave to cool.

Meanwhile, cut the salmon into small pieces and add the sour cream. Apply the filling on the cooled base, make a roll and wrap it in plastic wrap.

Put it in the fridge overnight, and the next day cut and serve the interesting and very tasty fish appetizer.

Enjoy your meal!
