Necessary products:
3 eggplants
5 - 6 tomatoes
250 grams of cheese / yellow cheese
3 - 4 cloves of garlic
oil
green spices

Method of preparation:
Wash the aubergines, cut them into circles, add salt and place in a bowl. Let stand 30 minutes. Then drain the liquid and fry in oil on both sides to form a golden crust. Drain the excess fat (maybe with a colander). Cut the tomatoes into circles as well. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Mash the garlic, finely chop the green spices.
Take a baking dish and cover the bottom with foil, leaving enough to wrap the dish. Arrange a layer of tomatoes, sprinkle with green spices, cheese, garlic, salt and spread a layer of eggplant on top. Continue alternating in the same sequence until the products are exhausted. Wrap the "cake" with foil and place in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. Bake for about an hour.
When the dish is ready, dissolve the foil, place a flat plate on top and turn the "cake".
