How To Cook Eggplant Rolls With Cheese And Cream Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 2 eggplants
  • salt, pepper
  • 1-2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 100 grams of melted cheese for spreading
  • 1-2 stalks of fresh dill
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut, salt and drain the aubergines. Bake them on a grill or grill pan and drain. In a bowl, mix the two types of cheese, add salt, garlic and fresh dill.

Stir and spread the filling over the edges of each eggplant. Roll up the rolls and secure with toothpicks. Arrange on a tray and season with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve and eat with pleasure.
