Learn how to cook "Eggplants with yellow cheese and tomato sauce". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
1 eggplant
100 g of yellow cheese
5 tomatoes
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons flour
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
Cut the eggplant into pieces (about 0.5 cm) and place in water for 10-15 minutes. Cut the yellow cheese into thin slices. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Fry them in olive oil together with garlic and salt and pepper to taste until the mixture thickens, remove from the heat and strain. Eggplants also fry in olive oil and place on paper to drain excess fat.
Take a suitable baking dish, grease it with 1 tablespoon of the tomato mixture, arrange the eggplant pieces, then the yellow cheese, spread with the tomato sauce, yellow cheese again, then the sauce and tie with a layer of eggplant and yellow cheese pieces. Put your "eggplant tower" in the oven for 15 minutes at 220 degrees.
Serve hot and sprinkled with chopped parsley.
