How To Cook Eggs In Tomato Sauce With Cheese And Cream - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Eggs in tomato sauce with yellow cheese and cream". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 8 large hen eggs (can be replaced with duck)
  • 1 small onion
  • 500 grams of canned tomatoes (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons cooking cream with 10% fat
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese (you can choose with a spicy taste)
  • 1 green sweet pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt, parsley, black pepper

Method of preparation :

Boil the eggs hard, cool under cold running water, peel them and cut in half. Remove the yolks, mash them with a fork.

Grate the yellow cheese, mix half of it with the yolks and pour the cream. Add a pinch of black pepper, salt and stir.

Fill the egg whites with this mixture and arrange them in a tray.

Cut onions and peppers into small cubes and fry in a tablespoon of oil for about 3 minutes on medium heat. Add the chopped tomatoes together with the canned juice and simmer until the volume remains 2/3 of the original.

Pour this sauce over the eggs, sprinkle with the remaining yellow cheese and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped parsley and serve with rice.
