Necessary products:

  • 600 grams of chickpeas
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 300 grams of cauliflower
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • salt, pepper, olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Soak chickpeas for 2-3 hours and boil it in salted water. Drain and place in a bowl. Grate onion and add finely chopped parsley and garlic.

Boil the cauliflower, add it to the mixture, stir and add the flour. Season with salt and pepper to taste and heat olive oil in a pan.

Shape into balls, lightly press them with your hands and fry. Drain and serve warm. Garnish with sauce to your liking.
