We present you an idea for a dish from Italian cuisine - pasta with sausage, tomatoes and cream. The ingredients are for 6 servings and will take you 45 minutes to cook . Let's borrow!

 

Necessary products

  • 1 packet (300 grams) pasta farfale
  • 450 grams of sweet Italian sausage, finely chopped
  • 2 cans (800 grams) of tomatoes, drained and cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1.5 teaspoons cooking cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon flaked red pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Method of preparation

Put a large pot of salted water on the stove and wait until it boils. Pour the pasta inside and cook for 8-10 minutes, according to the instructions on the package. Remove from the heat and drain.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over high heat. Put the sausage and red pepper inside. Fry until the sausage turns golden brown. Add the onion and garlic and cook for a few more minutes to  soften.

Finally, pour in the tomatoes, cream and salt. Mix all ingredients well. Simmer 9-10 minutes until the mixture thickens.

Add the pasta to the finished sauce. Serve the dish warm and sprinkle with a little parsley. Enjoy your meal!
