Learn how to cook "Festive mashed potatoes with salmon caviar". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
5-6 potatoes
2 teaspoons salmon caviar
40 grams butter
100 milliliters of milk (or liquid cream)
Method of preparation :
Boil the potatoes until ready, peel them and mash until smooth.
Add butter and warmed milk to it.
Finally, add the caviar. Mix everything and shape beautifully, using a cooking ring.
Garnish with a salmon rose, for example, or optionally and serve.
