Required products :
700 grams of fish fillet of your choice (pike, cod, white fish, perch)
50 grams of bread
1 onion
1 tablespoon butter
700 grams of fresh cabbage
2 teaspoons cream sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (or dill)
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the fillet and cut it into large pieces. Then grind with a mincer and add to it the bread soaked in fresh milk (drain the liquid), sieve and pre-fried onions. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste and grind everything once more.
Clean and fry fresh cabbage leaves and put a little of the fish stuffing in each. Form sarmi, which you arrange in a suitable container. Drizzle with the cream sauce and place in a preheated oven.
Let the dish simmer until ready.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
