Required products :

1 kg of fish fillet without small bones (can catfish, for example)

3 eggs

1 onion

1/2 yellow pepper

1/2 orange pepper

100 grams of butter

spices for fish

salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil the fish in salted water until ready, then chop with your hands, making minced meat. Boil the eggs, finely chop the onion and fry it until golden in butter. Cut the peppers into small cubes. Mix in a bowl the minced meat, peppers, fried onions together with the butter. Mix everything well, add the spices.

Spread half of the mixture on plastic wrap, put the eggs whole and the rest of the minced meat on them. Form a tight roll, which you wrap in foil. Then you can make a second layer of aluminum, if desired, and put in the refrigerator for an hour.

Decorate as desired and serve.
