Necessary products:

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams of mascarpone
  • 350 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 125 grams of sugar
  • fresh mint leaves
  • cocktail cherries for decoration

for caramel:

  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons water

Method of preparation:

 

Heat the sugar in a dry pan until caramelized and add the water. Stir and set the caramel aside. Beat the eggs together with the sugar, mascarpone and milk.

Pour the caramel into a glass baking dish, pour the egg mixture, preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.

Cool, turn over with a plate and cut. Serve the dessert, garnished with fresh mint leaves and cocktail cherries.
