Fry the garlic in 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 1 minute until it releases its aroma (use a small cast iron skillet).
Add the cream cheese and stir to begin to melt. Pour the milk and stir again until the consistency of sauce.
Put feta cheese, mozzarella, yogurt, lemon juice, dill, parsley, lemon peel and hot pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper and let the cheese melt and get a hungry consistency - it will take about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and pour a little olive oil. Sprinkle with parsley, dill, halved cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives.
Serve with chips or crackers.
