Required products :

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 10 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk or water

  • 1 1/4 tea cup ham
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated cheddar (or cheese)
  • 1/3 tea cup chopped green onions

Method of preparation :

Melt the butter over medium heat in a non-stick pan and fry the ham until golden.
