Necessary products:

1 head of shallots

1 p.m. л. bitter (Dijon)

100 grams of white balsamic vinegar (or plain)

150 ml of oil

1-2 s. l. non-sour cream (25-30%)

salt to taste

1 teaspoon dry spices for salad (dill, parsley, celery, thyme, basil, marjoram)

ground white pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Mix the oil with the salad spices and mix well. It is good to use a little salt and pepper, if necessary, they can be added later. Cut the onion very finely and add it to the resulting mixture. Then add the mustard and stir. So far you have received the classic "Sauce a salade francaise", but we suggest you continue to make the cream version.
