How To Cook Fresh Cream Sauce With Fish Broth And Saffron - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 milliliters of fish broth
  • 1 large shallot onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cream (very thick sour cream with a fat content of over 28%)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • a large pinch of saffron threads
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the shallots, fry it in 1 tablespoon of butter for 5 minutes (over low heat). Then pour the fish broth and cook for another 10 minutes.

Then add fresh cream, salt, sprinkle with pepper to taste and let the mixture remain on the stove for another 3-4 minutes.

Then remove from the heat and add the crushed saffron threads and the remaining oil. Close the pan with a lid, wait 15-20 minutes (the sauce is warm), stir again and then serve.

The sauce is a great addition to any fish dish that does not have its own sauce. Serve hot.
