Put fresh potatoes to boil in salted water, washing them beforehand, but do not remove the thin skin with a knife. Chop the dill and parsley, mash the garlic and mix them with the cream, add a little salt. Drain the boiled potatoes with the help of a colander, pour them into a suitable bowl (preferably clay), and pour the cream sauce over them. Sprinkle with more dill and parsley, close with a lid and leave for 10-15 minutes to absorb the flavors. Serve with fresh cucumbers and tomatoes.
