Required products :

  • 800 grams of carp (fillet)
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons cooking cream
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cube mushroom broth
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • pepper
  • left


Method of preparation :

While you prepare the fish and sauce, turn the oven to 180 degrees to preheat.

Cut the fish fillet into 4 equal pieces, roll in flour and fry until covered with a yellow crust. Arrange them in a tray.

 

Peel the mushrooms, cut them thinly, finely chop the onion. Dissolve the broth cube in 300 milliliters of warm water.

Fry the mushrooms and onions in a saucepan, pour the broth, cream and season.

 

Bring the mixture to a boil and pour over the carp.

 

Bake the fish for 20 minutes in the already hot oven.
