Required products :

  • 3-4 eggs
  • 100 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 200 grams of yogurt
  • a pinch of salt and sugar
  • 1 ampoule of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 dry Easter cake

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with the sugar, salt, vanilla, add the flour and milk. Stir until homogeneous.

 

Cut the Easter cake into slices, dip them in the mixture and fry in hot oil.

 

Serve warm, sprinkled with cinnamon and powdered sugar. If desired, you can combine with honey or maple syrup.
